Ingredients
2-4 cups buckwheat, sprouted
Directions
2 to 3 days before making
Soak buckwheat for 8-12 hours, rinse, sprout for approximately 2 days, rinsing at least 3 times a day.
Place on a teflex sheet in dehydrator for 6-8 hours or until desired moisture is obtained.
Stir in chopped apples, dates, or other fruits and serve with rice or soy milk.

Prep time: After sprouting for 2 days and dehydrating for 6-8 hours, less than 5 minutes
