Cranberry Orange Nut Bread

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour (NOT self-rising)
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 T. grated orange peel
3/4 cup chopped cranberries
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9X5X3 inch loaf pan.

Combine baking mix, sugar, flour, egg, milk, and orange peel. Beat vigorously for 1/2 minute.

Stir in cranberries and nuts. Pour into pan.

Bake 1 hour or until wooden pick inserted in certer comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool thoroutly before slicing.

Wrap any leftover bread tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil.
